The TLV743P is an ultra-small, low quiescent current, low dropout linear regulator delivering 300 mA with good line and load transient performance. The TLV743P device provides foldback current control during device power-up and enable, which is especially important in battery-operated devices. The device offers a typical accuracy of 1%.

The TLV743P provides an active pull-down circuit that quickly releases the output load when the device is disabled.

The TLV743P is available in a standard SOT-23 package.
