If the PSU and mosfet are OK,it may be caused by 1\ The voltage configuration in the CONFIG file has been set the too high. 2\ The abnormal voltage domains or ground issues 3\ The abnormal signals Is there full asic? Replace the U22 and the capacitors,resistors,mosfets around it.It is possible that they were not completely replaced, resulting in a failure when powering up.
